We have started to construct and install the Curbing in Phase 1 of our “Coming Soon” property, The Orchards of Central Park, located just off GA 400 at Exit # 17 (Keith Bridge Rd.) in Cumming. Our hope is to have the paving down for Phase 1, which will be comprised solely of the 53 Detached Single family home lots by early-mid July. Assuming we hit that target, we anticipate being able to release our Phase 1 Single family prices sometime in mid-late July, and start writing Purchase Agreements by early -mid August. Please note that we will keep you updated on our progress via these e mails, and everyone will get ample notice of our schedules and availabilities. The “Condominium Homes” Phase 2 will follow appx. 8-10 weeks later, again with ample notice being delivered by e mail.
