Homesite Lottery on 12.16.17
Our Homesite Lottery held this past Saturday, December 16th, was an overwhelming success, with 14 deposits taken that day, plus several more expected to come in over the next week or so. The much anticipated release of Phase 1 homesites was met with great enthusiasm by those who attended the event. With street paving now complete and model homes under construction, we expect to start converting these deposits into Purchase Agreements in early January. “If you were not in attendance on the 16th but still want to be added to the Priority Wait List it’s certainly not too late”, commented Deborah Reahm, Sales Associate for The Orchards Group. “The Orchards of Cherokee Station will be comprised of just 82 homes, and if the initial response has been indicative of the interest out there, we do believe this new community will sell out quickly”, added Ms. Reahm’s sales partner, Craig Smith.
