In 8 days, on Saturday July 9th, prospective purchasers can come to the Orchards of Big Creek Sales Center to pick up a copy of the Phase 3 Price List.
Lot Deposits will then begin on a first come first served basis the following Saturday, July 16th at 10:00 AM.
There will be 20 homes in Phase 3.
4 Arbors Townhomes (all on Basement homesites) as well as 16 of the Southern Heritage Ranch Condominiums.
None of the Cottage Homes will be available as they are all SOLD.
