NEXT SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9th 2017 at 10:00 AM will mark the beginning of our LOT DEPOSIT LOTTERY program for The Orchards of Cherokee Station. The lottery will take place at The Orchards of Big Creek clubhouse on Highway 9 in Alpharetta. How it will work: We will open the doors at 10:00 AM BUT the first hour will simply be to have some light refreshments and to ask any questions you might have. THERE IS NO NEED TO ARRIVE PRIOR TO 10:00 AM. YOU CAN ARRIVE ANYTIME UP TO 10:55 AM. As you arrive we will hand you an index card on which you simply need to write you First and Last names. (One card per household). We will place all cards in a hat. At 11:00 AM we will begin the Lottery by drawing cards, one at a time that will determine your place in line on our Priority wait List. Please note: You WILL NOT be required to select a homesite at this time, as this Lottery is simply to establish your position in line. A $5000 FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit will be collected from you at this time to insure your position with an agreement signed to show receipt of your $5000 as well as defining your place in line. On or around January 8th, 2018 we will begin calling you in order of your Priority Wait List position to set up a time ( subject to completion of the street paving ) when you will be required to either enter into a Purchase Agreement for a specific HOMESITE AND FLOORPLAN within 72 hours of notification or to receive a refund of your $5000 deposit.
