Our development team is laboring through all the inclement weather to deliver what will be yet another strong selling Orchards Group community. With 160 homes in total, we will be offering our “tried and true” “Southern Heritage” Collection of Ranch Condominiums, “The Arbors” Villa homes as well as “The Cottages”, a portfolio of single family detached homes. All 160 homes are designed specifically to meet the needs of the Active Adult 55+ Age market. A wonderful Amenity site is planned with Clubhouse and Outdoor pool, plus a walkway from our community directly into Central Park, one of Forsyth County’s most complete public parks. We are 1/4 mile west of Georgia 400 at exit 17 on Keith Bridge Rd. (Hwy. 306). We anticipate prices to start in the high $270’s. We will continue to send more updates as they become available, including plenty of time to announce the beginning of lot deposits and sales. Right now we are looking at Late Spring/Early Summer for that to happen, with first closings early next year. So stay tuned for more information over the next 2-3 months.
