With the recent surge in Purchase Agreements signed, (over 75 Homes now Sold), The Orchards Group is excited to let you know that the final 24 Homesites in Phase 2 are now available to be reserved via a Priority Wait List deposit program. With the expected completion of these 24 homes not to be until the middle of next year, and to be fair to our buyers in order to give them better estimates for completion and expected delivery dates, we’ve decided to hold off on accepting new contracts at this time on these 24 homesites and to instead offer a “Priority Wait List Deposit” program starting immediately.
This program will enable a prospective Buyer to put down a fully refundable $ 5,000 deposit in order to secure a place in line (determined by the date of their deposit). Once The Orchards Group is ready to accept Purchase Agreements, currently estimated to be between the middle and end of September, the prospective Buyers will be contacted in order of their “priority position” to select their home site and floorplan. Please remember the $ 5,000 deposit is fully refundable until such time as the Buyer is contacted. If at that time the Buyer still does not wish to pursue purchasing a home, the $5,000 will be refunded in full. Also please note that the Price List for these 24 homes will not be released until appx. 2 weeks prior to the first person(s) being contacted to come in and make their selection, giving these Buyers ample time to make their financial decision as well. Also please note that if you are still not quite ready to make a decision but don’t want to miss out, The Orchards Group is currently developing Phase 3, comprised of an additional 42 homesites to be added to The Orchards of Park Ridge, sales of which will not be available until early 2019.
