As previously communicated, the first wave of homes offered will be strictly limited to <strong><em>The Cottages<\/em><\/strong> Detached Single Family Homes.  <strong><em>Condominium<\/em><\/strong> prices will not be available for a few more months as we have not yet fully developed that Phase of the community.  Additionally, for those interested in a Cottage Home only, please <strong>MARK YOUR CALENDAR<\/strong> for <strong>Saturday morning, September 7th at 10:00 am<\/strong> to attend our <strong>Lot Reservation <\/strong>gathering, when you will have the opportunity to select your <strong><em>preferred homesite and floor plan<\/em><\/strong> with a reservation, to then be converted to a Purchase Agreement over the subsequent 1-3 weeks.  More details on how the Lot Reservation program will work and the location of the gathering will be detailed next Friday when the Price List is made available.  In the meantime you can call our Cherokee Station sales center at  770-213-7490 for any additional questions you may have.
