We are announcing this price increase to start Monday March 2nd to give anyone interested in purchasing the opportunity to pick up an extra $4000 &#8211; $5000 in equity, before they even move in&#8221; said Mitch Block, Broker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honoring current prices is applicable to the homesites that have been released for sale, and not on &#8220;future&#8221; non-released homesites.
