Starting in the Low-Mid $500\u2019s, this exciting new community will feature just 66 homes.\u00a0 Our Ashewood and Charleston floorplans will be featured in a duplex format only, meaning that all buildings will have just 2 homes. Our clubhouse is already 75% complete and for the first time will feature 2 daytime use Pickleball courts instead of a swimming pool.\u00a0 In order to give you ample time to re-visit our furnished model homes at \u201c<strong>The Orchards of South Forsyth<\/strong>\u201d as well as to drive through the \u201c<strong>The Orchards of Coal Mountain<\/strong>\u201d we will be accepting Lot Deposits <strong>starting Saturday April 26<sup>th<\/sup> at 11:00am<\/strong> at our current sales office at \u201c<strong>The Orchards of South Forsyth<\/strong>\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">** <em>Remember we do not have a sales office or models at this time at The Orchards of Coal Mountain.
