Located 1.5 miles west of GA 400 (exit # 18) on Matt Highway \/ Hwy 369 this new community will feature just 66 homes. Our <strong>Grand Clubhouse with Pickleball Courts and Fitness Center<\/strong> is 95% complete, our 2 model homes are 50% complete and we are getting ready to start 6 additional Homes For Sale. You can see our current Price List below. We currently do not have a sales center on site, so we are asking for anyone interested to visit our current Model Homes and Sales Center at The <em><strong>Orchards of South Forsyth<\/strong><\/em>, located off GA 400 exit # 13.
