Starting tomorrow, Saturday July 16th at 10:00 AM, prospective purchasers can come to the Orchards of Big Creek Sales Center to reserve their homesite in Phase 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Lot Deposits will be taken on a first come, first served basis, with Purchase Agreements written from these deposits to start 72 hours later.
This much anticipated event comes at a time when 56 homes at this community have already been sold, which means that at this sales pace, we expect to be SOLD OUT within the next 3-4 months.
