At The Orchards Group we understand a new home is only as good as the components used in its construction coupled with the knowledge of the contractors responsible for all installations orchestrated by the builder’s Project Manager who makes sure that all pieces of the puzzle fit together with integrity and quality.

Doing so enables us to have better built homes …. period! Of course no one is perfect, but we do truly believe, as do 99.6% of our customers (based on 3rd party research data), that we are in fact one of the best home builders in the Atlanta Metro area.
Of great importance is the fact that many of the contractors and suppliers we use today have been with us for over 12 years with several actually dating back to when we first started building in Atlanta in 1998. We also self-regulate our production schedules so that we don’t try to do too much at one time, the benefit of which are homes with better quality, integrity and customer satisfaction. We’ve worked hard to build a superior brand name since 1998, and we take that very seriously.
