We have had a number of prospective purchasers call in to check on the status of the The Orchards of Cherokee Station community in Hickory Flat.
Well, we are well underway with the road and street development but still not ready to introduce our Lot Reservation program.
Subject primarily to weather conditions our “best guess” at this time is that we will announce the commencement of the Lot Reservation program sometime in early – mid November.
Please be rest assured that we will put out ample notice via e Mail when we anticipate the program to start. We need more time to install (at a minimum) all of the curbs and get the roads graded so that we can more accurately identify with each of you more precisely where the homes will be placed.
Please note: Due to Cherokee County building permit policy, we will be able to start construction of our model homes PRIOR to the start of the Lot Reservation program, so if you see anything Under Construction in early November please do not think you have missed out.
