“We started construction on The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm in 2007 prior to the recession, and we sold about 60 homes in those first two years,” said Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing for The Orchards Group. “Once the recession really hit, we slowed down and were only selling 20 homes per year. But, so far in 2013, we have sold 46 homes.”

Construction has already begun on the majority of the remaining homes, and they are expected to be move-in ready by the first quarter of 2014.
