5 Model Homes Now Decorated at Stoney Point

The Orchards of Stoney Point, a new active adult in community in Cumming, now has five model homes professionally decorated and open for touring. Showcasing the builder’s Arbors and Southern Heritage Collection homes, these model homes will allow prospective home buyers to tour multiple floor plans and get a feel for the many options and features that are available from The Orchards Group.
Two Southern Heritage ranch condominium model homes featuring the Ashewood and Charleston floor plans opened for tours in mid-January, and now three additional model homes showcasing the popular Arbors townhome villa Cypress, Dogwood and Birch floor plans are open for touring.
Each Arbors Collection home features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half or three bathrooms and a screened porch or optional sunroom. In addition, the townhomes are attached side-by-side offering each homeowner a semi-private rear yard. All end-unit townhomes in the Arbors Collection will include additional windows, while all interior townhome units include three skylights in the living room and kitchen.
“Our Arbors Collection homes were first introduced at The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm, and were seen by buyers as an extraordinary value for the price and available square footage,” said Mitch Block, sales and marketing director for The Orchards Group. “These homes range from 2,400 to more than 3,000 square feet, and they also include additional space such as a media room or loft.”
In addition to the five model homes that are now available, the builder expects the grand clubhouse to be fully decorated and open for use by the end of this month.
The Orchards Group is proud to report that more than 90 homes have already sold out of the 130 total homes at The Orchards of Stoney Point. As one of the fastest-selling Orchards Group communities, active adult home buyers will quickly run out of time to own one of these fantastic, sought-after homes.
