Featuring a large cards and games area, sitting parlor, gourmet kitchen facilities, a fitness center and an outdoor salt water pool, the amenities are for the exclusive use of all Orchards of Big Creek residents and their guests.
Additionally, street paving is almost ready to commence in Phase 2 of the development. Inclement weather has indeed hampered the firm’s ability to get this done, but the forecast looks great for the next 7-10 days so notwithstanding unsuspected weather patterns, Phase 2 should be ready for touring soon.
