With 19 of the 24 homes in Phase 1 now Under Contract, The Orchards Group has announced that LOT DEPOSITS for 30 additional homesites (known as Phase 2-A) will commence on Monday morning, November 16th at 10:00 AM at The Orchards of Stoney Point Sales Office, in Cumming Georgia.
The 30 homesites are broken down as follows:
16 – “Southern Heritage” Ranch Condominium homesites.
Buildings 700, 800, 900 and 1000.
16 “Arbors Villas” homesites.
Buildings 2400, 2500, 2600 and 2700.
4 “Cottage Condominium” homesites.
Homesites 5, 6, 7 and 8.
PRICE LISTS will be available in advance at the Orchards of Stoney Point Sales office starting this coming Tuesday November 10th at 10:00 AM, giving those interested in pursuing a Lot Deposit one full week to continue their research with prices in hand.
“We have been extremely pleased with the demand for The Orchards of Big Creek thus far, and look forward to the Lot Deposit program to start off Phase 2-A”, said Mitch Block, Sales and Marketing Director and Broker for The Orchards Group.
“The Lot Deposit program concept which was initiated at The Orchards of Stoney Point and used again for Phase 1 at Big Creek works well for the Purchaser, giving them a little extra time to make their final decision on floor plan once they have tied down their home site preference. It is expected that Lot Deposits will be converted to Purchase Agreements in late November through early December”, added Craig Smith, Sales Associate.
Actual demand coupled with Purchase Agreements written for Phase 2-A will impact the firm’s decision as to when to put the final 35 homesites on the market, known as Phase 2-B. No lot deposits will be taken on Phase 2-B until the Lot Deposit program for those homesites is announced, sometime over the next 2-3 months.
