Starting this coming Saturday August 8th, 2015 prospective purchasers for homes to be built at The Orchards of Big Creek can pick up Phase ONE Price Lists from the Orchards of Stoney Point Sales office.
Although the entire neighborhood will be comprised of 89 homes at completion, only 24 homes are going to be available as part of Phase ONE of the community. We expect Phase TWO (which will be the Final Phase) to be available later in the Fall 2015.
Of the 24 homes to be released for sale at the end of August, 12 will be from the Southern Heritage collection of Ranch Condominiums, 8 will be Townhome Villa Condominiums and 4 will be the newly designed Cottage Condominium homes.
Prices will be on a plan and lot specific basis so you’ll know the exact base price of any plan on any homesite in Phase ONE.
Lot deposits will begin on Saturday August 15th.
Again the sales and marketing effort is being handled at the Orchards of Stoney Point sales office located just south of Hwy 141 on Stoney Point Rd. which is 2 miles southeast of the GA 400 Exit # 13 along Hwy 141.
