The Orchards Group is bucking the trend by building 2 new Ranch Condominium buildings for a total of 8 new homes. Two will be the new model homes after having sold the two previous models, and three more of the remaining 6 are already sold. It’s great to see so much construction activity. The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm offers the best in Active Adult living in Forsyth County.
