Our newest community, The Orchards of Central Park, located off GA 400 exit # 17 in Cumming is opening it’s doors to the public starting this Saturday, May 2nd. Our sales representatives will be available to visit with you and show off our two detached “Cottages” models and answer questions you may have regarding this truly wonderful community.
To date we have sold 33 homes and have our first 7 homeowners closing in July.
You can find The Orchards of Central Park by taking Georgia 400 to exit # 17 (Keith Bridge Rd./Hwy 306). Go 1/4 mile west of the exit and you will see a brand new traffic circle, round-a-bout or rotary (depending on where you’re from ). That is the entrance into our community. Just follow the signs to the models.
Please note our Ranch Condominium models are still under construction.
Also please note that we intend to follow strict “social distancing” guidelines and will allow just a few folks into either of the 2 models at the same time. But the weather forecast seems to be positive for the weekend and we can always chat outdoors as well.
