Coming Soon … Orchards of Big Creek !!

After an incredibly successful 10 months at The Orchards of Stoney Point, we at The Orchards Group are pleased to announce the “Coming Soon” of our newest Active Adult 55+ Age Preferred community, The Orchards of Big Creek.  Starting in the High $200’s, this outstanding neighborhood, located on Atlanta Highway ( SR 9 ) just minutes from Fowler Park and the Big Creek Greenway in Alpharetta/Cumming, will feature THREE distinct product lines as opposed to the TWO offered at Stoney Point.  Additionally, only 89 homes in total will be built at Big Creek, as opposed to the 130 at Stoney Point.  This significantly lower quantity of homes should result in a very quick SELL OUT.

We will offer 52 of the Southern Heritage Ranch Condominiums (Ashewood, Beaumont, Charleston & Ellijay plans) as well as 25 of the Arbors Townhome Villas (Birch, Cypress & Dogwood plans).  However we will also be offering 12 Cottage Condominium homes.  These plans have been built previously by the Orchards Group as detached single family homes at The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm and the Orchards of East Cherokee.  The key difference will be that these 12 homes, still fully detached from one another, will be owned and maintained as a Condominium, meaning that all of the benefits of landscape maintenance, exterior building maintenance, hazard insurance etc. are covered by the condominium association.   A truly great feature for all of the homes !!

What’s the schedule ?

We anticipate releasing PHASE ONE only ( 24 lots ) pricing on Saturday August 8th.  Subsequent e mails will keep you apprised.  Then we will begin our Lot Deposit program the following Saturday, August 15th.  Finally Purchase Agreements will commence on Monday, August 24th.  ** these dates are subject to change and will be communicated via e mail as needed. 

What can I do now ?

 We encourage you to visit us at The Orchards of Stoney Point between now and the 8th of August to revisit our truly outstanding floorplans by touring our 5 professionally decorated model homes.  You can also pick up the floorplans for the Cottage Condominium homes.  This should give you ample time to fine tune your thoughts on which floor plan makes the most sense for you.
