Starting in the High $200’s, this outstanding neighborhood, located on Atlanta Highway ( SR 9 ) just minutes from Fowler Park and the Big Creek Greenway in Alpharetta/Cumming, will feature THREE distinct product lines as opposed to the TWO offered at Stoney Point. Additionally, only 89 homes in total will be built at Big Creek, as opposed to the 130 at Stoney Point. This significantly lower quantity of homes should result in a very quick SELL OUT.

What’s the schedule ?
We anticipate releasing PHASE ONE only ( 24 lots ) pricing on Saturday August 8th. Subsequent e mails will keep you apprised. Then we will begin our Lot Deposit program the following Saturday, August 15th. Finally Purchase Agreements will commence on Monday, August 24th. ** these dates are subject to change and will be communicated via e mail as needed.

We encourage you to visit us at The Orchards of Stoney Point between now and the 8th of August to revisit our truly outstanding floorplans by touring our 5 professionally decorated model homes. You can also pick up the floorplans for the Cottage Condominium homes. This should give you ample time to fine tune your thoughts on which floor plan makes the most sense for you.
