Continued Success at Brannon Oak Farm

With a brand new year on the horizon, for many, it is a time of reflection, a time to look back on the year that was. With so many recent sales at The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm, including three last week, it might take Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing for the Orchards Group a few more weeks before he can reflect. When he does, there is little doubt that he will be thrilled by a tremendous year, one that saw the community sell 30 homes in 2010, bringing the total sold thus far in this neighborhood to 102.

“The excitement at Brannon Oak Farm did catch us a bit by surprise,” said Block of last week’s three sales. “We always have a few very sincere prospective purchasers at any given time, but these all came together at once.  We’re thrilled, as are our purchasers.”

The recent sales growth has helped pave the way for even more construction to begin in January at the active adult community located off of Exit 13 on GA 400 on Peachtree Parkway.

Offering ranch condominiums, master on the main townhome villas and detached single-family homes, The Orchards at Brannon Oak Farm has become one of the leading destinations for “age 55 or better” homebuyers looking for a maintenance-free lifestyle.

With 15 floorplans and homes beginning in the $260,000s, homebuyers have many different choices when purchasing a home. Basements are also available on certain models for those looking for extra space for a “man cave”, billiards room, scrap-booking area or even a grandkids retreat.

With an unbelievable grand clubhouse, homeowners also have a multitude of amenities at their disposal including an exercise room, reading den, two game rooms, large kitchen and grand room. An outdoor pool with fireplace is also a community favorite.
