Marketing the homes for The Orchards of Big Creek out of our Stoney Point models was a bit challenging, but not terribly so based on the fact that we are already nearly 50% SOLD OUT at The Orchards of Big Creek. (There are currently 43 of the 89 homes already Under Contract)
All that has changed this week as we are excited to announce that we have moved our Sales Center and two of our Decorated Model homes from The Orchards of Stoney Point to The Orchards of Big Creek.
And once the 3 Arbors Villa models are complete at the new property, ( expected to be in 6-8 weeks ) those 3 model homes will be relocated as well. Things are really starting to take shape at The Orchards of Big Creek
Adding to the excitement is the fact that our first homeowners will be moving in over the next few weeks, with completion of the Clubhouse and Pool slated for the week of May 23rd.
The Orchards of Big Creek is located on SR 9 ( Atlanta Highway ) in Alpharetta just south of Castleberry Rd. and Fowler Park. But note that the community is indeed in Forsyth County, offering superb property tax discounts for qualifying seniors.
