With 9 of the 12 DETACHED Cottage Condominium Homes now Under Contract, we are pleased to announce that we will sell the final 3 starting next week, Saturday May 14th at 11:00 AM on a first come-first served basis. Note that Lot Reservations will NOT be accepted, as we will be strictly looking to write Purchase Agreements.
Although we are not able to give specific closing dates at this time, it is safe to say these final 3 homes would not be ready for closing till the 1st Quarter 2017.
For those interested, you can swing by the Big Creek sales office between now and next Saturday to pick up the price list for these final 3 detached homes.
Additionally, there are still 5 Arbors Townhomes available for sale in the current Phase 2
Final Phase 3 homes will not be put on the market till appx. middle -end June. But note that these 3 detached homes are the only ones left in the property.
