As 136 of the 140 total homes have already sold, this community is expected to be completely sold out well before the end of the year. The final two homes showcase the Beaumont plan, a two bedroom and two bathroom home. One available Beaumont will be complete in mid-November, while the other will be move-in ready by the end of December.
