Lots of New Starts at East Cherokee Location

Due to the incredible sales seen at The Orchards of East Cherokee this year, The Orchards Group is preparing to start a significant amount of new homes.

The Orchards of East Cherokee is now more than 60 percent sold out, with 90 of the 140 total homes sold. Construction on 19 new active adult homes, of which 10 are already sold, will feature a combination of single-family and ranch condominium homes.

The first new start will be a ranch condominium building that will feature four homes from the Southern Heritage Collection. Building 1600 will be move-in ready in mid-January of 2014.

Two of the new ranch condominiums will feature the Ashewood plan, a two bedroom, three bath home, priced at $238,500. Priced at $240,000, the final home in the ranch condominium building will feature the Charleston plan. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home has 1,700 square feet of living space and includes a private den, which can be turned into an office or third bedroom. The home also features a large living room with fireplace, formal dining room, breakfast area and kitchen with a large bar area. In addition, there is a spacious walk-up storage area above the two-car garage.

Like all Orchards Group communities, The Orchards at East Cherokee offers their residents a maintenance-free lifestyle. Regular landscaping at the community includes weekly cutting, mulch replacement, chemical treatments and an irrigation system. All are included with the homeowner’s association.
