Due to the incredible sales seen at The Orchards of East Cherokee this year, The Orchards Group is preparing to start a significant amount of new homes.
The Orchards of East Cherokee is now more than 60 percent sold out, with 90 of the 140 total homes sold. Construction on 19 new active adult homes, of which 10 are already sold, will feature a combination of single-family and ranch condominium homes.

Priced at $240,000, the final home in the ranch condominium building will feature the Charleston plan. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home has 1,700 square feet of living space and includes a private den, which can be turned into an office or third bedroom. The home also features a large living room with fireplace, formal dining room, breakfast area and kitchen with a large bar area. In addition, there is a spacious walk-up storage area above the two-car garage.
