Craig has worked with The Orchards Group for the past three years. He focuses on creating relationships with new homebuyers to find exactly what they are looking for in a new home. After a successful sale, he says knowing the homeowner is 100 percent satisfied with their new home is the most rewarding part of his job.
Craig recalls one resident of Brannon Oak Farms, our popular Cumming community, who spent over three years trying to buy an Orchards Group home. “The homeowner had already successfully found their dream home in one of our older communities, but had issues selling their old home. The process was a long one but with perseverance and dedication, it ended happily. After three years, three selected homes, two neighborhoods and three resale agents, the homeowner finally moved into our Brannon Oak Farms community, where they are still enjoying their home and social environment.”
Craig has worked within the home building industry for 20 years but has found his home here at The Orchards Group. Today, he enjoys spending time with his family and children.
