The Orchards of Big Creek is starting to take shape. Included in this post is a photo of the new model homes that are now under construction, scheduled for completion in January. In addition, we expect to start construction on the clubhouse within two weeks.
Construction on the Phase ONE homes should start by the first week of November.
Thus far 18 of the 24 homes in Phase ONE have been sold. Beat the Phase TWO price increase !!
