The Ashewood model has sold and closed, with the Charleston model now available for sale. The Ashewood is a two bedroom and two bath home priced from the $250,000s. The new model home will feature floor plan changes such as the elimination of the vaulted ceiling in the living room, which has been replaced by a traditional10 foot ceiling with crown molding and modified window design. The living room and master bedroom are now two feet wider in response to buyer requests. The new model home will also feature the additional sunroom and activity room options.
The Charleston features two bedrooms, a den and two bathrooms and is priced from the $280,000s. This new model home also features the added 10 foot ceiling in the living and dining rooms with crown molding. The new plan moves the fireplace to the corner of the living room in order to increase usable space, while the reconfigured guest bathroom offers more closet space. The model home will also include the sunroom and activity suite with bathroom options.
