As announced in last week’s E Mail, we are quickly approaching the Pre Grand Opening of our latest community, The Orchards of Big Creek.  Located on Highway 9 ( Atlanta Highway ) in Alpharetta/Cumming, this new community will be comprised of just 89 homes and is sure to sell quickly.

By visiting our website at www.OrchardsGroup.com and clicking on Big Creek, you will see the floorplans we are offering as well as a Site Plan showing the 89 homesites and an Area Map showing you the location.

Please note that our prices will not be available till next week Saturday August 8^th at the Orchards of Stoney Point Sales office.  We intend to send out another announcement next Friday August 7^th to remind you of that.

Lot deposits for the 24 Homesites in Phase ONE only ( 12 Ranch Condominiums, 8 Townhome Villas and 4 Cottage Condominiums) will commence the following Saturday, August 15^th.

Judging by the number of calls and visits this past week generated from last week’s E-mail announcement, we expect The Orchards of Big Creek to be just as quick to sell as The Orchards of Stoney Point.
