We at The Orchards Group reflect back over the past 2 1/2 years and realize how truly thankful we are that our company and especially our team members continue to succeed and thrive in the “post recession” economy. With an outstanding dedication to maintaining the status quo even in the toughest of times, The Orchards Group has come out on top as we have sold over $50 million in new homes in the past 18 months. That’s an accomplishment equalled by few, especially considering that we have only Stoney Point and now Big Creek to account for that total !!
We equally recognize and are so very grateful to our homeowners; both those who have already closed and moved in, and those that are being respectfully patient with us as we push through the winter months to complete their respective new homes.
