The GRAND Clubhouse at The Orchards of Stoney Point is now open. Featuring the company’s first Outdoor Saltwater Swimming Pool, the clubhouse also features a large Cards & Games Room, Parlor, Gourmet Kitchen and Fitness Room. All 15 Orchards communities built since 1998 have featured a Clubhouse for social gatherings. If you have not been to see the Clubhouse yet, we welcome your visit.
