The Orchards Group continues to see a high sales volume at its newest active adult community in Cumming, The Orchards of Stoney Point. In just 60 days, the builder has sold 42 out of 130 total homes, meaning the community is well over 30 percent sold! In addition, there are still nine lot deposits remaining to be converted to purchase agreements.
The Orchards of Stoney Point’s success is even more incredible due to the fact that The Orchards Group is only in the early stages of building the model homes. Construction has also just begun on the first building of pre-sold homes, which are expected to close beginning in March 2015. The Orchards Group’s goal is to have half of the 130 homes sold by the time the first closing takes place. With the current sales pace, the goal is certainly attainable and will most likely be surpassed.
Home buyers have two unique collections of homes to choose from at The Orchards of Stoney Point. The Southern Heritage Collection will feature 58 total ranch condominium homes, of which 30 have already sold. The Arbors Collection features 72 master-on-the-main townhome villas, with 12 of those homes having already sold. The new homes will be priced from the $270,000s through the $380,00s, with more information regarding specific floor plans being made available in subsequent posts.
Both home collections were extremely popular at nearby The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm, which recently sold out. The Orchards of Stoney Point sales team is currently working out of The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm, which has two Southern Heritage Collection model homes available for prospective home buyers to tour. The sales team will remain at this location until the new model homes are complete at The Orchards of Stoney Point in mid to late January 2015.
In addition to beautiful homes, The Orchards of Stoney Point will have a variety of community amenities available for residents to enjoy. Currently under construction, the clubhouse and amenities will be complete in December. The Orchards Group’s goal is to always have the amenities functional by the time the first residents move in, allowing the new homeowners to immediately begin enjoying the clubhouse, fitness center, saltwater swimming pool and more.
