Just another beautiful day here at The Orchards, Atlanta’s leading Active Adult builder for those age 55+. Our low maintenance retirement style communities really start taking shape this time of year as the birds are chirping and the skies are clear. The warm weather helps alot too and we have seen a great uptick in the number of visitors coming to our sales centers. We have sold 4 homes in the past 7 days and have a few more looking as well.
