The Orchards Group knows that baseball is America’s past time, and they wanted to celebrate the beginning of another great season! The baseball meet and greet events were held at both The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm and The Orchards of East Cherokee active adult communities during the month of April.
Both neighborhoods had great attendance at their respective events. While they watched live baseball games and mingled with other residents, attendees enjoyed delicious food cooked out on the grills. In addition, the homeowners at East Cherokee participated in baseball trivia with questions going back to the glory days of Hank Aaron and Babe Ruth.
“Talking to some of our neighbors who recalled some of their favorite childhood baseball heroes made the events even more fun and interesting,” said the Orchard’s social director, Stacy Wheelus.
