We know that many of you have been anticipating the release of the first homesites at our new community The Orchards of Cherokee Station in Hickory Flat (Cherokee County). We are excited to let you know that our Lot Deposit Program will start on Saturday, December 9th at 10:00 AM and will take place at The Orchards of Big Creek Model Home center in Alpharetta. Rest assured we will be sending out additional information via E Mail regarding this event shortly. In the meantime we have taken the liberty of providing you with the Price List for the first 16 Ranch Condominium homes as well as the first 8 Villa Townhomes. You will notice that we are completely flexible as to which floorplan gets built on which homesite, so by participating in the Lot Deposit program, you’ll be able to pick both your Lot and preferred floorplan.
