Be on the lookout NEXT Friday, January 17th to receive an E Mail from us containing a link to our first Price List for the “Southern Heritage” Ranch Condominium Homes at The Orchards of Central Park.
We appreciate your patience as our Model homes are still under construction. As a result we are still showing our Ranch Condominium models at our community in Holly Springs, The Orchards of Cherokee Station. Also note that we will not have The Arbors Townhomes on the market yet, but estimated base pricing for those plans will be available on request so that you can compare.
We anticipate the first move-ins for the Condominium Homes to be this coming Autumn 2020.
For those interested in purchasing a Southern Heritage Ranch Condominium home, PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR for Saturday morning, February 1st at 10:00 am to attend our Lot Reservation gathering, when you will have the opportunity to select your preferred homesite and floor plan with a reservation, to then be converted to a Purchase Agreement over the subsequent 1-3 weeks.
This Lot Reservation event will be at The Orchards of Cherokee Station.
