33 Homes have already been sold at The Orchards of Central Park. However, starting this coming Monday March 2nd, prices at The Orchards of Central Park will be increased $5,000 on each single family detached “Cottages” plan and $4,100 on all “Southern Heritage” Ranch Condominium plans.
“As previously announced, we are no longer able to absorb all of the cost increases that we’ve incurred over the past year and a half. We are announcing this price increase to start Monday March 2nd to give anyone interested in purchasing the opportunity to pick up an extra $4000 – $5000 in equity, before they even move in” said Mitch Block, Broker.
