Starting Monday March 2nd, prices at The Orchards of Central Park will be increased $5,000 on each single family detached “Cottages” plan and $4,100 on all “Southern Heritage” Ranch Condominium plans.
“Construction and development costs have been increasing steadily over the past 12-18 months and we are no longer able to absorb those costs entirely. We are announcing this price increase to start Monday March 2nd to give anyone interested in purchasing ample time to come in and purchase before prices increase”, said Mitch Block, Broker.
Anyone who purchases on or before Sunday March 1st will pick up a quick $4000 – $5000 extra equity in their new home by beating the March 2nd increase.
