50 Homes have already been sold at The Orchards of Central Park. However, starting this coming Wednesday, July 22nd, prices at The Orchards of Central Park will be increased $3500 on all homes.
“Many construction costs continue to rise rather dramatically, particularly those associated with Lumber and other materials. We are announcing this price increase to start next week to give anyone interested in purchasing the opportunity to pick up an extra $3500 in equity, before they even move in” said Mitch Block, Broker, adding “Purchase Agreements must be signed by the 22nd for us to honor the current price”.
Honoring current prices is applicable to the homesites that have been released for sale, and not on “future” non-released homesites. There are a few homes available that can close this Fall, but many of the available homes are not slated for completion till next late Spring, early Summer.
