Be on the lookout NEXT Friday, August 16th to receive an E Mail from us containing a link to our first Price List at The Orchards of Central Park. As previously communicated, the first wave of homes offered will be strictly limited to The Cottages Detached Single Family Homes. Condominium prices will not be available for a few more months as we have not yet fully developed that Phase of the community. Additionally, for those interested in a Cottage Home only, please MARK YOUR CALENDAR for Saturday morning, September 7th at 10:00 am to attend our Lot Reservation gathering, when you will have the opportunity to select your preferred homesite and floor plan with a reservation, to then be converted to a Purchase Agreement over the subsequent 1-3 weeks. More details on how the Lot Reservation program will work and the location of the gathering will be detailed next Friday when the Price List is made available.
