We know that many of you are “chomping at the bit” to get your new home process started at The Orchards of Central Park, in Cumming. This spectacular, amenitized community will be comprised of 160 total homes, with a combination of 53 detached Single Family “Cottage Homes”, 27 Arbors Villas “Townhomes” and 80 Southern Heritage “Ranch Condominiums”. We kindly ask you for a little more patience as there are still several development processes that need to be completed before we can arrive at more reliable timetables for construction and delivery. What we can tell you is that we will start our Lot Reservation and Sales program on the detached Cottages first, as those are the first homesites that will be ready for construction. Although final prices per plan have not yet been determined, we can comfortably tell you that the prices should range from the $340’s – $390’s. There will be 6 basement homesites available as well at an added cost. Prices on the Ranch Condominiums will likely start in the high $280’s, and the Villa townhomes in the $330’s.
