We are pleased to announce that the finishing decorating touches have now been completed at the brand new Grand Clubhouse at The Orchards of Coal Mountain. We are also excited to let you know that this is the first Orchards Group community where we’ve built 2 Pickleball Courts instead of an Outdoor Pool. Many of our homeowners have told us they’d get more “year round” use of pickleball so we listened and they look great !
The Grand Clubhouse features a large Cards/Games/Entertainment space, Conference Room, Fitness Center and large Food Prep & Serving Kitchen.
