For those of you patiently waiting for our first group of homes to be put on the market we have some exciting news. Starting tomorrow, Saturday – May 6th, we will be releasing the pricing for our first 8 “Southern Heritage” Ranch Condominium Homes. Although we just completed all street paving, new home construction has not yet started but we expect to be able to do so within the next 60-90 days, subject to our final platting being completed and approved. That means we anticipate our first closings will occur towards the very end of 2023 into 1st quarter of 2024.
For those of you who are interested in pursuing the purchase of one of our first eight homes and as has been our practice in prior communities, we will be holding a Lot Draw in 2 weeks on Saturday May 20th at our current location The Orchards of Central Park. The exact time and location within the community has not yet been determined and will be communicated prior to the 20th. We respectfully ask that any information you require to decide on moving forward and attending the Lot Draw be asked of our sales team either in person or over the phone during this 2 week period.
Once you’ve decided that you are interested in purchasing one of these first 8 homes you MUST PRE-REGISTER for the Lot Draw at the Orchards of Central Park Sales Office prior to May 20th as doing so enables us to be best prepared for a smooth and efficient lot draw process. Feel free to come to our Orchards of Central Park model homes/sales office anytime between now and May 19th. Feel free to browse through our homes again and ask our sales associates any questions you might have. You can also pre register and have questions answered by calling our sales office at 770-213-7490. Specific time and location on May 20th for the Lot Draw will be made available to all those who Pre-Register a few days in advance.
PLEASE NOTE that we will only be releasing 8 homes to start off. You can see the site plan below which identifies the 8 homesites ( outlined in red) We will be offering two floorplans, The Ashewood and The Charleston.

* Arbors Villa Townhome plans will be available for purchase via a separate lot draw in the near future and we will communicate to you again with plenty of lead time. Anticipated prices for the Arbors Villa Townhomes will start in the $560’s and go into the very low $600’s.
