We know many of you are still excited to see the Grand Opening of our newest community “The Orchards of South Forsyth”. Located on SR 9 (Atlanta Highway) just 1/3 mile south of Hwy 141 (exit #13 on GA 400), this 88 home community will no doubt be a smashing success.
Unfortunately the inclement weather has hampered our ability to complete the streets and other improvements necessary to start the Pre-Grand Opening sales process but we are working diligently to get to that point. We are tentatively looking at the 2nd to 3rd week in May.
Be rest assured that you will be given plenty of lead time notice as to when the pre grand opening sales event will take place.
As a reminder, we will be offering both our Southern Heritage Ranch Condominium homes as well as The Arbors Villa homes. The 5 floorplans are as follows;

We expect base prices to start in the low-mid $500’s for the Southern Heritage and the mid-high $500’s for the Arbors Villa homes.
