We have had numerous inquiries about our “Coming Soon” community in Cumming, “The Orchards of Central Park”. Rest assured if you are reading this e mail you are on our email announcement list and will receive more updates as they become available. However for now we can tell you the following; 1) Site development continues at a pace determined by weather. We have been fortunate that the weather has been on our side most of the last month, so we are happy to say we are still on track. 2) We hope to have the first phase (comprised of the Detached Cottage Homes only) paved by middle to late June. 3) Within a week or two of paving, we will be in a position to distribute Price Lists (again just for the detached Cottage Homes), at which time we will have a better idea as to the potential schedule for construction commencement. Once we have a better handle on that, we can begin our lot deposit program. 4) We remain optimistic that our first closings for the detached Cottage homes will occur early 2020. 5) The attached Condominium homes will start appx. 2 months after the detached homes, so those will probably not be on the market till August/September, with initial closings estimated to be in the second quarter 2020.
We appreciate your patience, but know that “The Orchards of Central Park”, with all of the interest already shown, will be a smashing success.
